1. Use of service

Our services are intended for customers within our serviceable areas in and around Badnawar and Dhar district. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or registering an account.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or, if you are under 18, do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & subscriptions

Daily subscriptions can be started, paused, or skipped at any time through your account or by calling us at +91 88520 21507. Pauses requested before 9:00 PM apply to the next morning's delivery.

• One-time orders must be placed at least 12 hours in advance.
• Bulk and restaurant orders require 24 hours' notice.
• Order acceptance is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities during peak festival demand.

3. Delivery

We deliver between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM, every day of the year. Delivery is currently free within Badnawar town limits. Outside the town limit, a nominal fuel charge may apply and will be shown before order confirmation.

If you are not available at the delivery point, please arrange a safe drop location (insulated container, secured doorstep box, etc.). We are not responsible for product quality once it has been delivered to the agreed drop location.

4. Payment

We accept payment via UPI, cash on delivery, and monthly post-paid billing for verified subscribers. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Monthly invoices are generated on the 1st of every month and are payable by the 10th. Repeated late payment may result in pausing of service until dues are cleared.

5. Cancellation & refund

Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with a delivery — spoilage, short quantity, contamination, or any other quality issue — please notify us within 4 hours of delivery, and we will either replace the product on the next delivery or credit the amount to your account.

• Subscription cancellations can be made at any time.
• Advance subscription payments are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Quality & liability

We sell raw, unpasteurised, single-source cow milk. We strongly recommend boiling milk before consumption. Sundar Dudh Dairy shall not be liable for any consequence arising from consumption of unboiled milk by individuals with compromised immunity, infants under 12 months, or anyone with known dairy allergies.

Our liability for any product defect is limited to the value of the affected product. We do not accept liability for consequential or indirect loss.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Notify us immediately at info@sundardudhdairy.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or SMS to subscribers at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
