• Delivery address — full delivery address with landmark, given by you when you sign up for daily delivery.
• Order history — products, quantities, and dates of your orders, kept for billing and quality follow-up.
• Payment information — UPI ID or basic payment reference. Card details are never stored on our servers; they are handled by our payment provider.
• Website usage — basic analytics like pages visited and approximate location (city level).

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your orders on time.
• Send delivery confirmations, billing reminders, and pause notifications via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Resolve quality complaints and improve our products.
• Send occasional updates about new products or festival offers — only if you opt in.
• Comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Food Safety and Standards Act.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Delivery partners — your name, address, and phone, strictly to complete the delivery.
• Payment providers — to process UPI and digital payments.
• Authorities — if required by Indian law, court order, or government request.

4. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality (e.g. remembering that you are logged in) and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features of the website may then not work correctly.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history for as long as you are a customer, and for up to 3 years after your last order, to satisfy tax and food-safety record requirements. After that, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. If we make changes that materially affect how we handle your data, we will notify you by SMS, email, or a prominent notice on our website.
